Welcome to Luna MedSpa™, your premier destination for MedSpa and Aesthetics services in Seychelles. Our terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Luna MedSpa™'s Website.
By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Luna MedSpa™'s website if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

BOOK RESPONSABLE!
Booking policy:
Feel free to book your appointment to Luna MedSpa™, from 1st September 2024 bookings are available with SCR 500 booking fee, what will be caunted into your treatment. Client able to exchange, postpone only one time, change the appointment for free latest by 24 hours in prior. If the client cancel the appointment in 24 hours, last minute, or noshow Luna MedSpa™ not able to refund or postpone your appointment, and the 500 SCR booking fee turning cancallation fee, NON-REFUNDABLE.
Treatements policy:
If the clients doesn't follow the aesthetican required to do the home care safety procedure and to not to do list such as avoiding sun, or can't touch water on the treated area, need to avoid the sun, use sunblock and after the treatement avoid touching your skin, Luna MedSpa™ NOT RESPONSABLE for any consequences.
Membership/Loyality card for 10 sessions:
The membership should pay on front, after the first treatment. The membership benefits that usually you pay 9 sessions and the 10th session is free. The membership valid for 1 year, calculated from the first session. If the client doesn't show up on one session, then client need to pay the regular cancellation fee 500 SCR. If the client does't show up many times in the row, and doesn't pay cancallation fee, then the Luna MedSpa™ will remove one session from the membership card.
Client accept that the membership card pay on front and NOT TRANSFERABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE. Any reason not client can't make it or finish the membership Luna MedSpa™ is not responsable for that.
Voucher policy:
In Luna MedSpa™ clients always welcome to buy Voucher for Christmas, Valentines Day, Birthday, Mothersday or any events. On the Voucher Luna MedSpa™ put a name and an amount or a Treatment. Can't use other person or other treatment. If you're not sure which treatment would you like to give we suggest to put an amount only. The Voucher valid till the DATE OF THE VOUCHER. We would like to ask our clients to always keep on eyes on the expire date, because Luna MedSpa™ NOT ABLE TO EXTEND the Voucher in any reasons. The amount of the Voucher if the client doens't want to use, NOT TRANSFERABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.
By making a reservation, you accept the reservation policy. Luna MedSpa™ as a small local business, protect it's own self for keep it up the best services to the precious clients.
